Sparta Invitational Cross Country |

Sparta Mi--Cross Country runners from all over West Michigan gathered today in Sparta for the 28th annual Sparta Cross Country Invitational. More than 2500 kids from over 50 high and middle schools poured into the village for what organizors call the largest Cross Country meet in Kent County. Boys and girls high school runners ran all morning beginning at 8-am and the middle schools kids ran in the afternoon with the final run taking off at 2:30.
