Regional theater actor and writer Elena Passarello, author of Let Me Clear My Throat, a book of essays about the role of voice in identity that’s been called ”a riotous deconstruction of the ways the sounds we make both express and shape who we are,” will be at the East Grand Rapids branch at 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 29 to read from and sign and sell copies of her book.
