Dog License fees due by March 1, 2013

All dogs four months and older are required to have a license. Proof of rabies vaccinations must be presented for renewal. If your dog has been neutered, proof of this from your vet is also required along with any reminder postcard you may have received from Kent County.

License Fees: Neutered: $12.00   Non: $26.00  Seniors can obtain a license at half price.

License fees can be paid at the Ada Township Treasurer’s office until March 1st.  License fees will double after March 1st and can only be purchased at the Kent County Animal Shelter in person or by mail. The Kent County Animal Shelter is located at 740 Fuller Ave NE in Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Ph: 616-632-7300

All dogs must be licensed to avoid a penalty and citation from Kent County License Inspectors. Having a license is very helpful in locating owners should your family pet get lost.
