Crazy costumes, friendly com­petition, fancy floats, and school spirit shown by students is home­coming week in a nutshell.

This year, the high school put a spin on classic traditions by adding new events and spirit days to the roster. With pajama,USA, decades and spirit day mak­ing the list each year, lumberjack day seemed to be a breath of fresh air.

“It was new and fresh wearing suspenders,” said Taylor Cronin ’14.

On Monday evening the com­munity came out to support the girls Powderpuff teams. Mouth­guard clad, the Senior girls won with the final score of 14-7.

Homecoming court was an­nounced at half time, consisting of Claire Ludlow, Kristy Allen, Emily McClure, Natalie Ellis and Laura Kruer representing the women. The men were represent­ed by Chris Dickow, Matt Golla­day, Nathaniel Ford, Kyler Byker and Cole Surman.

Throughout the week the grades displayed their strengths via lunchtime games. Monday the auxiallry gym was filled with students and pie for the pie eating competition follwed by a game...
