Quick Bio
My grandmother and I would bake the day following Thanksgiving when I was very young. We'd spend one day making 2,000 cookies and the next just frosting them. She taught me so much. I graduated Le Cordon Bleu at Brown College in the Twin Cities. It was a great base for education. I returned to GR and worked an internship at the Flat Iron Grill in Lowell for a year while serving at Centennial Country Club where I became a line cook and worked my way up to Executive Chef in three years. I've been with Olive's since January of 2008.

There are so many to choose... the Southern Meatloaf. Most items don't carry over (from season to season) but this has. It begins with ground turkey, andouille and pork prepared with a chipotle and Coca-Cola glaze. It sits on a cheddar cheese grit, served with warm ham and an arugula...
